Role Overview & Responsibilities

Full Time- Charing Cross Hospital

To provide reception cover and administration support for a department, maintaining a high quality of service to patients, carers and other visitors. The role will be working in the Main Outpatients reception. You must have excellent communication skills, organisational and customer care skills. You will have the personal qualities to deal confidently and confidentially with our patients and the clinical team

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and positive team player. The candidate will need to have experience of working in an administrative settings. Excellent leadership skills and good communication skills are essential.

The post will be predominately based at Charing Cross, however it does involve some cross site working.
