Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Imperial Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team to work in all aspects of the hotel including conferences, functions, our Terrace restaurant and also in the Cafe Cru, Great Yarmouth's only 2 Rosette restaurant.

We strive to deliver exceptional hospitality, and it's our team, as the face of the Imperial that will help us achieve this goal. We expect our Front of House team:

• To be knowledgeable about all the dishes on our menu and be able to recommend accompanying beverages.
• Confident in interacting with guests
• Show attention to detail at all times
• Be able to work well in a team
• To be competent working in a busy restaurant environment
• Work includes evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 - 30 per week
