Role Overview & Responsibilities

Bringing an elevated Chinese dining experience to the capital, Imperial Treasure is one of Asia’s most admired Chinese restaurant groups. Our London branch is in a stunning Grade II listed building on St James’s Waterloo Place.

We are looking for a driven Purchasing Assistant to join the restaurant team.

Description

• Day to day stock ordering
• Accept deliveries, ensure all paperwork (delivery notes, invoices, requisitions, credits and transfers) are input into the system daily
• Ensure the ongoing and accurate maintenance of Epos and Purchasing System (Bichstreet and SAP)
• Researching new products and potential vendors
• Ensure all menus are costed out accurately
• Prepare weekly payments listing and inventory counts
• Ad hoc finance duties as required by the office/finance management team.
• Ensure that all measures, targets, and standard are achieved to the highest audit standard, in a professional and efficient manner

Skills / Experience:

• Data Entry and Reporting Skills
• Able to work alone and within a team
• Strong organisational, analytical and administration skills
• Experience with Epos, Birchstreet and SAP an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00 per year
