Production Operative

We are currently looking to appoint Production Operatives on behalf of one of our clients in Stockton-on-Tees due to continued growth. This is an excellent temp to perm opportunity for someone to provide further support to the department! Due to the client’s location, you would be required to drive.

Duties as a Production Operative:

• Operate various manufacturing equipment
• Meet procedure guidelines
• Meet quality specifications
• Work within given timescales
• Identify any issues with the products
• Operate within safety guidelines
• General housekeeping duties
• Ad-hoc duties relevant to the post

• The ability to carry out tasks correctly and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Strong organisation and concentration skills
• Desire to work in a practical environment
• Reliable, pro-active and punctual
• Good IT skills

To be successful as a Production Operative you will have experience in a Production Operative position or covering similar duties. In return you will receive £10.52 per hour, with the view for this to increase following probation, working a 3 week rota pattern.
