Responsibilities:
- Generate customer appointments for our Aestetic Partners.
- Remind customers of an upcoming appointment.
- Prioritise tasks by urgency.
- Take into account time zone changes when generating appointments.
- Allow the addition of extra details such as a location, a room number, or a name.
- Be simple to use.
- Use HighLevel, Slack and Trello.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
