Job description

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team and support our residents who are living with dementia in our purpose-built home, Telford Court Care Home.

This opportunity provides a unique chance to build really good rapport and make a difference to individuals who require our support.

The role itself will involve providing activities for our residents, arranging seasonal events and parties and coordinating activities within the home for our residents and their families.

The hours for this position are 9:00am - 3pm, working 2 - 3 days per week.

Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure, disclosure costs are met by the employer.

The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.67 per hour
