Site Engineering Opportunity – Waltham Cross – £300 Per Shift – Top Construction Company

I am currently representing a top Main Contractor who are seeking to a recruit a Site Engineer to be based on project in Waltham Cross. They are currently one of the fastest growing Construction Companies in the United Kingdom, turning over more than £100 million. They specialise in general contracting projects, mainly within the Industrial and Commercial New Build sector.

The Project

We are looking for a Site Engineer to report directly into a Senior Engineer. You will be involved with setting out, Groundwork’s activities, Slab works, Piling/sheet piling activities, Underground drainage and services, temporary works, structural works (Steel Frame).

Industrial Warehouse - £10 million (Waltham Cross)

Construction of a £10million 120,000 Sq Ft single storey warehouse/production unit together with two storey offices with a ground floor reception area including a disabled wc/ shower, staircase and lift and a ground floor secondary staircase area. External site works are to include hardstanding’s for service yard and HGV Parking, car parking, plot road, landscaping and drainage, the warehouse building consists of a structural steel multi span portal frame having a clear height to the underside of haunch of 12m and alternate valley columns, internal concrete floor slab. Internal lighting and heating to warehouse, 10 Dock leveller doors, 2 level access doors, Security gatehouse with raising barrier. Reporting into a Project Manager tasked with supervising and coordinating various site teams and ensuring that these teams are working within the site construction program through to completion. General duties include RAMS, QA, H&S etc..
