Role Overview & Responsibilities

Saturday and Sunday Sales Assistants at iSmash will welcome everyone, assess their needs, pitch your recommendation, over come any objections and close the sale. This is called iCE. The iSmash Customer Experience.

iCE is also having the right look and feel of the stores, its managing customers on the shop floor, importantly it is the art of the conversation and of course the quality of our repairs and products.

To further motivate you we offer an uncapped commission scheme and have colleagues earning over £5,000 a year just through that.

iSmash offers a repairs service, products and packages that protect devices and refurbished devices to replace handsets which are beyond economical repair.

There will be opportunities to help with other duties when you are not delivering iCE.
