We have various teams who are dedicated to delivering high quality services that enhance the culture, strategy and business performance of the customers we serve. We are currently looking for a Cleaning Supervisor for a full time, permanent role at the Princess Royal University Hospital.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be a part of a team of 7 Cleaning Supervisors responsible for the organisation of work schedules and all healthcare cleaning tasks ensuring your team is performing to the highest standard.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills whilst demonstrating your expertise for the healthcare sector!

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake the management and development of people, in line with any relevant policies
• Plan, allocate and evaluate work carried out by individuals, teams and self
• Order, control, monitor and issue relevant uniform (where required), equipment, materials and other goods required
• Provide Cleaning Audits
• Create your own health and safety plan in line with business objectives

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor
• Previous experience within the healthcare sector is preferred, but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
