Job Overview

To maintain an excellent level of customer service while remaining diligent to the constant threat of security breaches as well as ensuring the safety and security of people, premises and property.

Job Description

* Undertake patrols and inspections in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure

* Monitoring and operation of the CCTV system
* Providing a very high quality customer focused service to both visitors and staff
* First point of contact for visitors and ensure relevant security procedures are carried out
* Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to
* In addition to these functions employees are required to undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required
* Ensuring that no unauthorised persons are permitted on site
* Maintaining an accurate record of any incidents that occur

Personal Specifications

A valid Frontline SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervision license

* Fully comprehensive 5 year work/education history; including full company names, addresses and landline contact numbers.
* Clear communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent administration skills
* Must be punctual, reliable and have the ability to think on their feet
* Reliable with excellent time-management skills.
* Smart, well-groomed and confident.
* A commitment to providing first class customer service is essential
* Good report writing skills
* Conflict management aware
* High level of Customer Care Awareness
* Security systems knowledge
* Telephone/switchboard skills
* IT literacy is a must have skill

Experience:

• Corporate security: 1 year (required)

Language:

• English (required)

Licence/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (preferred)
• SIA Security Guarding, Door Supervisor or CP Licence (required)
