Jackson Sims Recruitment are currently seeking a full time Residential Concierge for a permanent position at a luxury residential estate in East London.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the day to day security needs of the residential building as well as all communal areas of the building
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times to residents, guests and external contractors
• Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site
• Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager
• Assisting residents with queries
• Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively

In order to meet our clients expectations you must be:

SIA license is essential.

Hours: 56 hours per week - 4 on 2 off - days and nights

Previous experience working as a security officer would be desirable and experience in customer facing roles is essential. All successful candidates must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
