Role Overview & Responsibilities

James Ray Recruitment are proud to be working with a regional law firm to recruit for a Residential Conveyancer Solicitor. The firm has stuck by their core values and have a long-standing reputation within the industry. The support within the firm is fantastic, including one member of support staff to one Conveyancer. This can be a full or part time role and we would welcome applicants of all PQE to apply.

The candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX in Residential Property - All PQE considered
• Experience in managing a varied caseload
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential
• Excellent communication skills
• A keen eye for detail

Job Description:

• Handle own caseload within Freehold and Leasehold Purchases and Sales, Re-Mortgages, ​Transfer of Equity, ​Shared Ownership to include Staircasing, ​New Build Property (including Help to Buy), ​Lease Extensions, Leasehold Enfranchisement and Equity Release.
• Use the case management efficiently – Redbrick is used by the Conveyancing team
• Building good relations and regular communications with local estate agents and contacts
• Supervise your support team member and delegate tasks
