Role Overview & Responsibilities

Sushi chef/ trainee wanted.
we are A small sushi shop, selling sushi, Japanese hot food and bubble tea.
we are looking for a sushi chef / trainee. Full time or part time.

you need to:

- Have some previous kitchen experience

- have some basic kitchen skills, chopping, cutting. Be confident with using knife

- willing to learn

- passion about food and sushi

we provide full training from rolling Sushi to handle the whole fish.

we open 7 days a week,

Sunday - Thursday: 11:30-9:30pm

Friday & Saturday: 11:30-10:30pm

Working days and hours are flexible. Both full time and part time positions are open.

we are a small shop, small team. We will help out each other, you expect to cover other positions such as the front of house, making bubble tea and cooking ramen. Full training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-40 per week

Salary: Up to £11.00 per hour
