The role

My client is a thriving local business and due to their continued success they are looking for a Sales Team Leader to take on the day to day management of their sales team. Working closely with the wider leadership team, you will maximise sales opportunities by implementing an effective sales strategy and maximising cross selling opportunities.

You’ll play a key role in acquiring new business and dealing with prospective customers, attending events and customer appointments.

About you

You will have demonstrable experience within a sales environment and have managed a team. With a strategic and tenacious approach, you will enjoy working to targets and inspire your team to work in the same way.

You’ll have worked in a regulated environment, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry and therefore know the importance of great customer outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £40,000.00 per year
