Bar Manager Required - Immediate start

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an organized Bar Manager who are able to work with a strong team at a busy music venue and able to work individually as well as in a team. A Bar Manager who is able to train and manage other team members, must be reliable, trustworthy to operate tills and handle cash, dedicated to working and learning, flexible for day or evening shifts including weekends, are able to calculate, punctual, physical fitness and stamina is important and must have good communication skills, a responsible person, smart clean appearance, is able to work calmly under pressure and be part of a very entertaining team, tact and diplomacy for dealing with difficult situations, is able to designate responsibilities and get tasks completed, as well as monitor cellar duties, making sure its cleaned by designated person, stock rotating so older stock is moved to the top to avoid wastage, which also includes lines being cleaned and designate to a team member every week so jobs are shared equally and they will be training new staff members to do this as well. Stock checks are done every week, in order for a smooth operation.
