Lettings Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic, driven lettings professional to manage a market leading Lettings department.

Responsibilities will be:

• Manage a team of three lettings negotiators.
• Train and mentor junior members of the lettings team.
• Increase department revenue through:
• 1/ Increase new business valuations
• 2/ Manage the re-letting of a substantial landlord portfolio.

• On going Training and mentoring from involved Directors.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
