Role Overview & Responsibilities

After an amazing series on the Great British Bake off The Professional, going all the way to the final Julien Plumart is looking to hire an extra Barista, waiter/waitress for his Patisserie in Brighton.

Since 2008 we are famous for the quality of our patisserie, cakes, Macarons but also for the outstanding customer service and attention to details we deliver 7 days a week.

Today we are looking for a fantastic waiter/waitress to straighten our amazing team and continue our success story.

The right candidate must have great positive energy, have excellent communication skills and a true desire to learn new techniques.

3 Years or more Front of House experience is paramount.

"Previous Barista experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided"

30hr a week to 40h week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: £10.75 per hour

• catering: 3 years (preferred)
