Full Time Court Marshal

Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a Jump Street Full Time Park Marshal you are a valued member of staff who is responsible for providing guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to the casual staff. The Full Time Marshal monitors the safety of the trampoline park and Clip ‘N Climb area.

You will ensure staff ratios are met and that all areas are monitored, whilst reporting any staffing issues to Management. The Full Time marshal must also ensure health and safety checks are completed daily to an exemplary standard.

To be successful at the role you must be able to work as a team, have good people skills, take responsibility for your actions, remain calm and patient in stressful situations and always display a positive attitude.

Below are some daily tasks you may be responsible for:

· Monitor the park and Clip ‘N Climb areas ensuring customers follow all rules and have a fun and engaging experience.

· Ensure safety briefings are carried out in a timely manner and to an exemplary standard.

· Make sure all areas of the park are covered at all times without fail.

· Ensure any health and safety issues are recorded and reported to management.

· Complete daily open/close park audits without fail in a manner and ensure they are recorded on the apps provided.

· Staffing must be monitored, and shifts amended depending on customer numbers. Any shift changes must be emailed to the park manager.

· Assist in the completion of monthly safety checks.

· Guarantee that all casual marshal cleaning and operational tasks are distributed daily and check that they are completed correctly.

· Provide strong support and guidance to the casual marshals.

· Actively show presence across the park floor at all times.

· Complete regular walk rounds in peak times

· Support and cover other departments when instructed by a Manager (including but not limited to; reception, café and soft play)

· Alert the Park Manager to maintenance issues.

· Share all information relevant to Jump Street to management including current task and staff welfare.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £15,000.00-£19,500.00 per year
