Role – Bar Supervisor

Salary – £11.90 p/h

Hours – Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arrived for anyone looking to take the next step in their hospitality career. Our Bar Supervisor will be taking on more responsibility and using their existing knowledge and skills to assist with leading the bar team. We are looking for a passionate, committed and self-motivated individual ready to take on a new challenge.

Bar Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise the bar team & oversee the operation of the bar(s)

• Deliver outstanding customer service and providing a unique customer journey

• Oversee set-up/break down

• Manage customer complaints

• Oversee cleaning, due diligence and food safety

• Schedule breaks

• Deliver on-going training

• Assisting with wet stock audits, line counts and stock rotation

• Hold Supervisor meetings

Someone who…

• has experience working in a customer facing role, bar work preferable

• has been a supervisor or team leader

• has demonstrated excellence in customer service

• has experience working in a fast-paced environment e.g. hospitality

• is a team player
