Customer Service Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our busy customer service team.

Key Duties:

• Answering incoming and making outgoing calls
• Activate Credit /debit card payments
• Input of delivery orders and payments
• Updating Drivers delivery paperwork daily
• Greeting customers and serving in the showroom
• Daily Cash Reconciliation
• Responsible for filing, e-mailing and any other administrative duties
• Must be able to lift 25kg

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of local area would be desirable
• Must be motivated and customer focused

• Bright, committed and enthusiastic
• Competent numeracy and IT Skill
• Able to work as part of a team and individually
• Must be able to maintain a professional attitude
• Must be physically fit, job requires some manual work

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday: 9.00a.m - 5.00p.m. when requires Saturday 8.00a.m to 12.30p.m

Holidays: 20 days + Statutory Bank Holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.00-£13.20 per hour

• Northampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
