Role Overview & Responsibilities

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

K2 Crawley sits at the heart of Crawley. This role would suit an experienced manager looking for a new challenge and to progress at a flagship Everyone Active site. A background to health and safety and operational management is vital, plus a sales and retention focus would be advantageous. • Be passionate and determined to drive forward new business, to exceed sales and revenue targets whilst delivering a high standard of customer service and retention

• Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to maximise the overall profitability of the centre

• Manage their time and ensure deadlines are met for reporting and projects

• Manage health, safety and quality standards within their centre

• Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your team and centre members whist embracing our company values.

K2 Crawley boasts a 50m Olympic size pool, 140 station gym, 12 court sports hall, athletics track and much more! It therefore requires a manager who can inspire and lead a team.

Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
