Operations Analyst

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have an exciting position in our Production team for an Operations Analyst, who will work closely with our Production Planning Manager and Production Managers.

Key skills:

• Understand what data is captured / and why
• Ensure those capturing data e.g. For Tier meetings and OEE, know what to do and where to find it
• Flag failure to comply if people not delivering data in timely manner/right way
• Close liaison with Production Managers and Head of Production, esp. for cover across the weekend

Your duties will include –

• Check and highlight any information gaps prior to meetings
• Write information for factory lessons for critical data capture for KPIs
• Generate trend graphs, esp. for T1, T2, & T3
• Data capture and analysis for action teams
• Daily overview report for operational management
• Audit function for tier meetings

Ideally you will be:

• Excel, PowerPoint and Office competent
• Numerate
• Analytical - able to evaluate information and draw conclusions
• Strong timekeeping and ability to meet deadlines

The shift is either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday 6am-2pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per year
