Role Overview & Responsibilities

Kaspas is a popular dessert parlour serving a wide range of delicious treats such as waffles, crepes, milkshakes, cookie dough, smoothies & sundaes.

We are a fast- paced, challenging, fun and our goal is to create an environment where enjoying authentic desserts with family, friends and loved ones is an unforgettable experience. We strive to continuously provide our guests with irresistible products and unrivalled customer experience.

We are looking to build a team who are enthusiastic and bursting with personality who can bring fun to a work place as well as be hardworking, dedicated and passionate for the role.

A successful candidate must have:

• Outstanding customer service.
• The ability to work part of a team as well as have own initiative.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate multitasking with ease.
• Have the ability to cope under pressure.
• Maintain high hygeine standards as well as demonstrate the correct food preparation skills.
• Provide quality desserts & beverages consistently by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Be hardworking & passionate.

The right candidate must ideally:

• Live locally due to late closing times
• Be willing to work overtime if required.
• Be prepared to work weekdays, evening, weekends on a Rota based system.
• Preferabley have some experience in working with food.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £6.23-£10.00 per hour
