Established in 1991 as a self-adhesive label company, Kellmatt has grown steadily over the years to provide a total print solution package to all of its clients from the initial design concept right the way through to delivery.

We're seeking a diligent, responsible experienced bookkeeper to join our team. We're looking for a person who has excellent interpersonal skills, works well under pressure and has a positive attitude.

Experience

Must be competent in Xero

Job roll

• Upload and amend data from our MIS system to be Xero compatible
• Reconcile bank statements
• Reconcile payments received
• Issue credit notes when applicable
• Credit control
• Send out statements
• Reconcile credit card statements
• Keep Xero contacts up to date
• Preparation of year end accounts
• Prepare P11D forms
• Post payroll journal
• Submit monthly Nest details

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

Salary: £24.00-£28.00 per hour
