Consultants pay Salary or Band 9 AFC

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the senior leadership team at Kettering General Hospital (KGH) as Divisional Clinical Director for the Family Health Division. The postholder will be either a senior medical clinician or senior clinician, who are able to demonstrate a successful track record of managing teams and service change with the ability to work across service boundaries. The role attracts up to 5 PAs for the leadership element of this role. The trust will provide other clinical work, either Research, Academic or clinical sessions to make the job plan up to 10 PAs or a full time equivalent.

The postholder will be a key member of the Trust's leadership team, with overall responsibility for leading the Family Health division. We are seeking a leader who will work alongside the senior leadership team to drive improvements across all aspects of KGH. The role will provide many opportunities to make a difference for our staff and patients and we will give you our full support.
