Role Overview & Responsibilities

Mult-skilled Maintenance Operative

Our client is a market leader in providing high quality Facilities Management / Maintenance across the UK.

We are looking to recruit a multi-skilled person to join our team. The work is interesting and varied, covering minor property repairs, larger repair work and preventative maintenance tasks.

Ideally, we are looking for a plumbing or roofing bias, although the successful candidate will be multi-skilled to a degree.

Essential Qualities

• A polite and positive work attitude with good interpersonal skills
• A flexible attitude to work with plenty of common sense
• Possess a full driving licence, free from major endorsements

Desirable Qualities

• Completion of a formal trade apprenticeship and/or holding a formal City & Guilds qualification
• Skilled in at least one other area of property maintenance e.g., plastering, electrical, painting/decorating
