Role Overview & Responsibilities

Kin House is a new private hire events venue in Wiltshire . With twelve bedrooms, a 200-guest dining capacity, and set of over 10 acres of grounds, Kin House has been designed to marry the flexibility and creativity of the events industry, with the customer experience of an amazing hotel stay. We intend to lead the industry by creating the most exciting new venue in the UK for private and corporate events.

We are looking for a highly driven Property Assistant for our exclusive events venue. This position is responsible for the day-to-day aspects of house operations and to be our onsite driver for station pick ups/ driving to various airports in the south of England. You will report directly to the Property Manager to ensure that all work is performed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be able to get along well with an energetic team and troubleshoot effectively when problems arise.

Responsibilities for Property Assistant:

• Be the onsite driver for Kin House.
• Able to help with any Front of House events if needed.
• Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to the Property Manager
• Comply with all safety and health regulations
• Work with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors
• Inspecting the building, including heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order
• Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required
• Opening building at the start of the day and locking all doors and windows when not in operation
• Adhering to the company’s safety policies

What we would expect from you:

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from the Property Manager
• May be required to work outside of normal work hours
• Full clean driving license
• Understand the functions of all buildings on the property.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
