Full Job Description

An experienced butcher to work in a busy retail halal meat shop.

You must have experience in removing internal organs, cutting carcasses into manageable portions, cutting carcasses into steaks, chops and joints.

Minimum of 3 years experience in Butchery is required.

You will also be cutting all types of meat to the specification required by the client.

Starting wage will be £28k and may increase depending on the experience.

Those with Urdu/Hindi/Punjabi along with English language will be preferred for these positions.

Salary: £28,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year
