Production Operative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Scope of Role
Reporting to the Shift Manager, the process operative will operate machinery to produce and fit Energy Storage products to satisfy customer quality and demands.

Compliance

• Cooperating with and support the compliance management system and encouraging personnel to do the same.
• Developing personnel awareness of product compliance obligations.
• Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and fit our products to satisfy Customer quality and demand
• Work as part of the production team.
• To maintain required quality standards and carry out product quality checks as part of the production process.
• Perform simple preventative maintenance tasks as required.
• Complete production, quality and maintenance reports
• Work safely and effectively in accordance with the Work Instructions for the tasks and comply with all Health and Safety Standards
• To meet machinery / fitting production targets and actively participate in activities designed to
• Continuously improve machine and fitting productivity
• To ensure all products meet with Customer specifications and is well presented
• To carry out all safety, production, quality checks, and complete documentation as appropriate
• To work within a team or unsupervised, and to ensure “right first time."
• To minimise downtimes in all areas.

• To be successful in this role you must have experience within a fast moving production line operating heavy machinery.
