Role Overview & Responsibilities

“We are looking for a PR & Community Manager to join our team, either remotely or in one of our office in London or Krakow! If you are a hard working person, with a real passion for writing and a strong attention to details, look no further!”

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Embody Koffeecup’s tone of voice and brand to produce fitting content
  • Overseeing Koffeecup’s narrative across all the different platforms and communication tools
  • Report to and work closely with the creative lead to organize and steer future PR content
  • Work with our graphic designer to create exciting content
  • Managing your own agenda and coming up with ideas for content and press releases
  • Work closely with the creative team to support PR content creation
  • Work closely with the production team to create unique and exciting PR campaigns
  • Sourcing news to publish meaningful and engaging content to foster koffeecup’s digital culture
  • Writing and managing communications around Koffeecup’s projects, including case studies, blog posts, social media posts, etc.
  • Collect and analyse data to track and report status of PR on a regular basis
  • Manage the social media platform
  • Drive the visibility of Koffeecup’s expertise across the globe!
MUST HAVE:
  • Ability to understand the digital production process to be able to communicate around Koffeecup’s work
  • Excellent writing abilities
  • Experience working for a digital agency
  • A passion for storytelling and the ability to source a story where others can’t see one
  • In-depth & ongoing culture of the digital world and latest technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of PR tools, social media platforms and all the latest trends around them
  • Extremely organised
  • Highly confident communicator and presenter
