Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a Kulera Care's carer, you will be responsible for working independently and unsupervised in the client’s home, making a genuine difference in the lives of the people you support and so the ability to cope with various degrees of dependency and medical needs is paramount. Alongside servicing a client’s care needs, you will be responsible for ensuring the client is safe, secure, comfortable and happy in their home.

What we're looking for:

• You MUST have the RIGHT to work in the UK, as we CANNOT offer sponsorship
• Well-spoken, and fluent in written and spoken English
• Willing to work 1-12 weeks at a time as this is the typical duration of our live-in assignments
• Respect clients' personal space and belongings
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes
• Organised, with effective communication and reporting skills

Your role will might include:

· You’ll be matched with a client based on your skills and your client’s needs, providing tailored support and companionship

· Following a client’s individual care plan

· Helping with meal preparation

· Moving and handling

· Administering medication

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £700.00-£1,000.00 per week
