Role Overview & Responsibilities

A fantastic opportunity for a_ General Manager, with experience in High volume Restaurants, to be part of this exciting_new team, a 160-cover restaurant looking over the river Thames in Southbank.

What we are looking for

· Experienced GM to be part of the team of this newly opened restaurant, recruit, train and mentor new team members

· Great people skills with no ego and calm manner

· Experience in High Volume restaurants

· A great leader who inspires their team to always do better

· A strong operator who can Assist to the Managment Team to manage H&S, GP & Labour

· Someone who wants to grow as an individual and create something special building fantastic team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
