Role Overview & Responsibilities

A fantastic opportunity to join the fast growing Redchurch Brewery based in Harlow.

Since merging with Laine Brew Co. the business is investing in the site to create a main production hub for both Laine and Redchurch brands. We are now recruiting to increase the size of our team ahead of investment in new production capacity. With several positions available we are keen to recruit both those who have experience in packaging and those keen to get their first role in craft brewing.

Responsibilities

· Run both the keg and bottle fillers.

· Carry out quality checks, with problem solving if issues occur.

· Part of a dynamic team working with the brewers and warehouse if required.

· Carry out standard cleaning and maintenance tasks on equipment.

· Work safely and hygienically

· Accurate record keeping and data entry

· Complete packaging material stock takes.

Skills and Experience

· Work accurately with good attention to detail.

· Good communication and team working skills.

· Experience in a production or warehouse environment is beneficial.

· Able to work in a physically demanding environment and lift 25kg.
