Role Overview & Responsibilities

Lassad Care Services is seeking a dependable, friendly, and personable individual to fill our Healthcare Assistant position. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and their families through the scheduling of appointments, the collection of medical information, and the running of the office front desk.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent

• Customer Service experience
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Must be comfortable with computers and computer software (online applications)
• Pre-employment drug screen (Equal Opportunity Employer)
