Business Analyst

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a candidate with 10+ years of Experience into Business Analyst role with having worked in the BFSI domain only.

The associate will support analysis of problems and related design tasks. More exploratory analysis or design, in particular during the pre-initiation and/or initiation phases, or design work requiring a specialist business or functional knowledge. The business analyst support will consist of activities in relation to the business requirements solution design, validation of solution, supporting UAT and change adoption for CLIENT programs and / or projects, as follows:

· Current state research, data gathering and analysis

· Data analysis and modelling

· Process analysis and documentation

· Business requirements gathering from CLIENT stakeholders

· Experience in core BA activities; Process flow mapping, GAP analysis, and prioritisation techniques.

· Should be GOOD at Requirements Gathering, BRD, FRD, USE CASES, UAT etc.,

· Basis knowledge in SQL queries and SCRIPTING is ADDED PLUS

· Gathering requirements and documenting in detail

· Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-IT and functional information to IT

· High level of flexibility and ability to adapt to the requirements

· Ability to make quick and informed decisions.

· Align the analysis effort to SAFe methodology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £342.48-£586.25 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
