Sales and Marketing Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

A great opportunity to enter the world of sales/marketing & Inception - we are offering the right candidate the prospect to be a key member of the marketing, sales and inception team. The role involves working within our digital marketing team to create more business via our existing sales platforms and setting up new client matters.

The right candidate will be enthusiastic and determined to achieve ongoing improvement within the team.

Complete training and continued support will be provided. You will be assisting our team deliver the following..

Marketing

- Execution/management of Social Media, including content creation (email, video and digital)

- Promotional email campaigns to lead audience to support prospect generation activities

- Content creation for elements of our website

Customers

- Supporting with customer requirements and requests

- Execution of customer communications such as satisfaction survey and referral programme

Business Development

- Outbound lead generation

- Support of sales cycle from lead creation through to conversion to customer, including data management within bespoke system

Skills:

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

- Good interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational skill

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Salary: £13,499.83-£19,000.00 per year
