Reservations and Sales Assistant (£25,000 per annum inc. tips)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Reservations & Sales Agent to join the Reservations team at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, A Belmond Hotel in Great Milton, Oxfordshire. The role is responsible for taking reservations for Rooms, Restaurant, Raymond Blanc Cookery School and the Raymond Blanc Gardening School. The role also involves answering enquiries, sales and talking with our guests about the services that we offer. You will be expected to organise special requests and communicate with all departments within the hotel to ensure that our guests receive the highest standard of service.

The role is available either full time or part time and will include some weekend working

Our beautiful hotel is quite remote and so own transport is required or we have a shuttle service from Cowley, Oxford
