Warehouse Operative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a clothing distribution company looking to recruit hard working, reliable individuals to assist with the intake and processing of deliveries into the warehouse during this busy period.

Employment Period: We are looking to start people from Wednesday 22nd February 2023 for 5 days initially with the possibility of a further 5-10 days.

Hours: Monday–Friday 8:30 - 17:00 with the possibility of extra hours

Number of positions required: 2

Duties include:

• Receipting product into the warehouse accurately using a handheld scanner
• Picking and packing orders correctly using a scanner, ready for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area

Skills Required:

• A good level of English, reading and writing and numeracy
• An efficient, organised and accurate work ethic
• Good time management and punctuality
• A polite and friendly manner
• Previous warehouse experience would be an advantage but not essential

Salary: £9.50 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
