Role Overview & Responsibilities

WE ARE HIRING.
We need to welcome new members to our team.
Hotel Receptionist required covering 3-4 shifts per week.

Duties to include (but not limited to):

• Greeting guests,
• Checking guests in and out,
• Making reservations,
• Booking functions and events,
• Handling customer enquiries.

We are looking for an outgoing, friendly person with good customer service skills to join our existing front desk team.

Experience in using Microsoft Office preferable but full training will be provided.

Shifts will include weekends. Regular shift pattern: 0730-1530 and 1500-2300.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week

Salary: £7.00-£11.00 per hour
