Full-time Handyman required on Private Estate

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Traditional and experienced grounds maintenance / handy person required for a private estate near Chipping Campden.

You must be proficient at pasture management, tree watering, fencing, maintenance of water troughs and other such items. You will be responsible for the upkeep of the general buildings, to include painting, as well as general maintenance on the estate.

You must be of a tidy mind, have a love of the countryside and take pride in keeping the property immaculate at all times. You must be able to use your initiative, have a good eye for detail and willing to go the extra mile.

This position would suit a more mature individual who is looking for their last full-time role into retirement. The owner is very much looking for someone who is going to appreciate their surroundings as much as they do.

There is the possibility of living in a one-bedroom flat in the redundant stable yard and the salary would be reduced to reflect this.
