Picker/Packer required for small, busy and fast paced women's fashion accessory company. Offering long term career stability.

The role will suit candidates from warehousing environment or similar.

You will need to be comfortable with manual handling of goods, have great attention to detail, are extremely organised and work autonomously.

You will be responsible for the picking, packaging, prepping and labeling of goods. You will check stock to ensure we hold correct quantities, and that quality standards are met; making sure that orders are ready for dispatch and meet customer expectation. As a warehouse operative you will report shortages, damaged goods and keep the general area clean, tidy and safe.

The company are experiencing an exciting period of growth and are looking for a hardworking, organised individuals to join dedicated team.

The Role:

• Monday to Friday, 08.00-5.00pm
• Over time hours available
• Picking and Packing.
• Checking incoming deliveries are correct
• Quality checking - repair when necessary
• General warehouse housekeeping tasks
• Knowledge of manual handling techniques is beneficial

• Eagerness to succeed, great attention to detail
• Ability to innovate and confidently present improvement ideas to management

• creative individuals beneficial with ability to repair items. Eg replacing small crystals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.80-£10.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• St Albans, AL2 2DR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
