Role Overview & Responsibilities
Trainee Production Manager
We are looking for a passionate and driven manufacturing professional who is looking for a career defining role within a Lincoln based engineering company.
The role will be a production leadership position and the successful candidate will be mentored and developed by the Operations Director against a long term development plan. Initially, the individual will work closely with the Operations Director in leading the 24/7 metal fabrication part of the factory. Longer term, there will be opportunities for further development for the right candidate who demonstrates drive and passion to positively affect factory performance.
The successful candidate will be career driven and looking for personal and professional long term progression. The company will support in mentoring and developing the right individual who maybe at the start of their manufacturing leadership career but has the drive to want to get to the top of the operational structure in years to come. This is a long term recruitment plan for the business and we are looking for key attributes in someone to invest time and training for the next generation of operational leadership.
