Our state-of-the-art medical facility is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of healthcare, including patient care, treatment, assessment and classification. We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering the highest level of service to patients and understands the importance of communication, education and teamwork in ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications, treatments and therapies to patients.
• Provide guidance and support to patients, their families and other members of the health-care team.
• Help patients with daily activities., such as bathing and exercising, as well as with more complicated procedures, such as changing dressings.
• Prepare a patient for medical procedures.
• Prepare reports based on the care delivered to patients.
• Provide patient education.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Salary: £29,583.00-£30,874.00 per year
