Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Title: Gallery Attendant- Full- time, Part-Time and Casual

Full-time - 37 hours per week/ Monday- Saturday/ 9am- 5pm -
Part-Time- 18.5 hours- Wednesday- Saturday/ 9.30am- 2.30pm 2 days and 9am-5pm 1day.

Salary: Scale 1A, NJC Spinal Column Point 2, £20,441 per annum

Plus Casual Positions - £10.60 per hour

Gallery Attendants present the education programme through guiding visitors through tours of exhibitions and providing workshops. An important part of this role is to ensure the safety, security and cleanliness of designated areas at the Irish Linen Centre and Lisburn Museum.
Duties involve assisting in the delivery of education services by participating in outreach and promotional programmes and special events, including the taking of photographs.
