Pay Circa. £25,000 – £30,000 Depending on experience.

Full time gardener required to help maintain private gardens in the Tatsfield area & 11 Miles area around but mostly within a few miles of Tatsfield.

Seeking someone who is reliable, organised, hardworking and well presented, must be interested in the job and prepared to learn new things. Well experienced is preferred but not required, though at least a basic understanding and level of experience will go a long way.

Lloyd Gulley Gardening services is Based in Tatsfield and mostly working in this area and Biggin Hill/Westerham areas. Working to a high standard. Established garden maintenance business since 2005.

Job description

The Business offer:

Work day 8AM -5.00 light permitting, (Shorter days in the winter, same start time but finishing earlier).

Reliable all year round work including winter.

On the job training as required.

5 days a week Monday – Friday Occasional weekend work may be offered if desired but not expected to work weekends.

Monthly pay.

Pension Scheme.

28 Days paid holiday (Which includes Bank holidays)

Work includes: weeding, planting, pruning, general tidying etc.

Your requirements:

Ability to work in all weathers all year round with the exception of snow.

Ideally experience in all areas of domestic garden maintenance.

A real interest in outdoor working and garden work to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications an advantage but not essential. At least basic plant knowledge required or the ability to learn quickly on the job.

Be well presented.

Able to plan your day and to closely follow instructions being organised and proactive.

Ability to assess a job and work efficiently and tidily.

Good social skills.

Very reliable.

Current driving licence - essential and a presentable and reliable vehicle.

Be able to travel to Tatsfield and other work sites in the surrounding area.

Able to work in a team or alone.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
