Estimator / Concrete Sawing Division

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Lombardo Diamond Core Drilling Company, California-based commercial construction specialty subcontractor that specializes in the following: GPR Digital Scanning, Slab Sawing, Wire Sawing, Wall Sawing, Core Drilling, Concrete Breaking, Robotic Breaking, Demolition and Excavation.

The Estimator will work closely with the Sales Department Manager and will be responsible for various tasks within the sales territory, including, but not limited to:

• Account Management
• Estimating
• Pre-bid job walks
• Contract review
• Managing subcontracts
• Change order monitoring
• Job closeout review

The following qualifications are desired:

• Construction Management Degree (desired by not required) or previous field industry experience is a plus with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ in the construction trade.
• Working knowledge of blueprints
• Proficient in OST (STACK On-Screen Takeoff) or similar software
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Sage 100 Contractor, Estimating Software, Sales Force is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction Estimating: 3 years (Preferred)
• estimating saw cutting industry: 1 year (Preferred)
