KS1/KS2 Primary School Teacher | Brent, London | NW6

Duration: September – 2023( Maternity cover)- Will be permanent for the right candidate

Payscale: £140-£170 per day (dependant on experience)

LTF Recruitment are working alongside a Muslim Faith “Good” ofsted rated school in the NW6 area of London who are looking to appoint a classroom teacher to work within the KS1 team starting in September 2023 through to the academic year. All teachers will be paid to scale.

About The Role:

• Working within an OFSTED graded ‘Good’ school
• Teaching in a KS1/KS2 class with around 25 pupils
• 10 minutes walk from Brondesbury Park
• Fixed term contract until July 2024- Maternity Cover (Potential to turn permanent for the right person)

Main Duties Within the Role:

• Planning and delivering engaging sessions to children across KS1/KS2
• Using outdoor spaces to encourage learning through play
• Delegating a classroom TA to work with targeted children
• Leading in person parent evenings during the summer term
• Differentiating planning to meet a range of needs within the class

What are the school looking for?

• Qualified teacher status
• Experience of teaching for atleast 1 year
• Will be open to ECT’s
• Someone who can engage children within lessons
• Excellent classroom control
• An engaging style of teaching
• The ability to meet the needs of SEN children in the class
