Food & Beverage Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager to oversee the successful running of the business and deliver the highest level of brand standards.

Responsibilities:

·Managing and motivating your team

-Delivering a premium Italian dining experience to your guests, every day

·Ensuring that brand standards are achieved

·Creating a positive working environment which encourages the team to achieve excellence and beat guest expectations

·Be passionate and responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure that all requirements (both statutory and company) are met in relation to Health and Food Safety

Essential Skills and Experience:

·Have knowledge and a passion for Italian food and culture

·Be very guest focused leader with a goal to exceed expectations, every day

·Be able to demonstrate affective control on labour and cost of sales

·Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar premium, fast paced restaurant environment.

·Be able to train and motivate the team to achieve excellent standards in guest service

·Possess strong leadership skills

·Be a real ‘Hands on’ manager, leading from the front

·Solid wine knowledge is preferred
