Role Overview & Responsibilities

Luna Move is a modern, forward thinking independently owned and ran letting agency specialising in property management and lettings.

The head office is based in Weston-super-Mare and covers a wide area including Clevedon, Portishead, Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

Due to our ongoing success we are looking for a part time Lettings Negotiator to join our team basedin our busy Weston Super Mare office. The successful candidate must have strong commuincation skills, the ability to mulit task, work well within a team, be confident in using excell and word amd must have oiwn transport and full uk driving license.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, and an ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Booking property viewing and registering applicants
• Delivering exceptional customer service on the phone and face to face
• Carrying out property viewings
• Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
• Creating tenancy agreements and all associated legal documents
• Carry out move in appointments with tenants
• Conducting regular property inspections and creating reports for clients
• Managing and co coordinating any property maintenance issues that arise
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market.
• Advise clients on market trends and legal requirements.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary: From £10.50 per hour
