IT Consultant - Food Tech / Hospitality

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an IT Consultant who has working experience within Hospitality & Food Tech businesses.

Working as an IT Consultant you will be required to meet Hospitality businesses owners and IT teams to understand their operational challenges, limitations and bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve their business.

As an IT Consultant you will be attending new and existing Customer sites as required, competently completing Reports for each visit made in line with Company procedures and feedback to improve our product offerings to hospitality businesses.

Duties

Your duties as IT Consultant will include:

• Attending Customer sites as required determining software feature and insights required from both front desk, kitchen and management teams.
• Work hand in hand with product & sales team to ensure our hospitality customers receive state of the art solution.
• Work with selected businesses to run beta testing of new features delivered, capture feedback from users and submit to Product, Sales & Marketing Team Leaders & Service Delivery Managers
• Communicating effectively to Product, Sales & Marketing Team Leaders & Service Delivery Managers
• Completing allocated works within Customer SLA’s

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
• Working experience within Hospitality Businesses (Ex: Restaurants, Hotels, etc)
• Working experience with Hospitality Technologies including implementation
• Experience in configuring SaaS products
• Previous experience working with Food Tech products would be advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
